Terms and Conditions

Welcome to S-Tier Astrology ("Company"). By subscribing to our services or utilizing this site, including the information in the newsletters, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the subscription agreement and your use of our services. Using our services in any way implies acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

• 1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any paid Service. By using the Services you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Nature of Services

• 2.1 S-Tier Astrology provides Vedic astrology, Chinese astrology, and numerology readings, reports, and consultations for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes only.
• 2.2 Our Services are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided.

3. Purchases and Delivery

• 3.1 Written downloadable reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of order to the email address provided at checkout.
• 3.2 Live sessions are scheduled within 3 days to one week, unless a rush option is purchased.
• 3.3 It is your responsibility to provide accurate birth details and contact information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Pricing and Payments

• 4.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order.
• 4.2 By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the listed amount.

5. All Sales Final — Work-With-You Guarantee

• 5.1 All sales are final on any product, including personal readings, live sessions, downloadable PDFs, memberships, or any other digital or service offering.
• 5.2 Instead, we back every reading and session with a personal work-with-you guarantee: if you feel the work did not deliver the clarity you were looking for, contact us and we will continue working with you — follow-up questions, additional time, or a deeper pass on your chart — until you are satisfied.
• 5.3 Please review our Guarantee page or contact support for specific situations.

6. User Accounts

• 6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• 6.2 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1 All content on this site — including charts, reports, written analyses, articles, graphics, logos, and the S-Tier Astrology name — is the property of Tosh Bradley or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• 7.2 You may use purchased reports for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• 7.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish our content without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

• 8.1 You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• 8.2 You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• 8.3 You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• 8.4 You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
• 8.5 You agree not to scrape, mine, or otherwise collect data from the site by automated means.

9. Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk

• 9.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
• 9.2 We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading or report will produce specific outcomes. Astrology, numerology, and related practices are interpretive and metaphysical in nature; results, predictions, and timing are NOT guaranteed.
• 9.3 You acknowledge that the Services are offered for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes only and you assume full responsibility for any action, inaction, or decision you take based on them. You agree not to rely on any reading or report in lieu of professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed advice.
• 9.4 If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, or financial emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services. Our Services are not a crisis resource.

10. Limitation of Liability

• 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, S-Tier Astrology, Tosh Bradley, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• 10.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

• 11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S-Tier Astrology and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Modifications

• 12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• 12.2 Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Electronic Communications Consent

• 13.1 By providing an email address or phone number, you consent to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, delivery, support replies) electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
• 13.2 Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• 14.1 If you have a billing concern, contact us through Support before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved within one business day.
• 14.2 Initiating a chargeback for a delivered report or completed session, without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account and recovery of fees, including reasonable costs of collection.

15. Third-Party Links & Services

• 15.1 The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms.

16. Force Majeure

• 16.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, pandemic, internet or infrastructure outages, or third-party service failures.

17. Severability, Waiver & Assignment

• 17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• 17.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• 17.3 You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

18. Governing Law & Venue

• 18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• 18.2 Subject to Section 19, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

• 19.1 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small-claims court if they qualify.
• 19.2 YOU AND S-TIER ASTROLOGY EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.
• 19.3 You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us through the Support page within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

20. Termination

• 20.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms us, our users, or third parties.
• 20.2 Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration, Governing Law) shall survive.

21. Entire Agreement

• 21.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and S-Tier Astrology regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

22. Online Courses — Platform Access & Lifetime Availability

• 22.1 Courses are streamed on this site only. Course videos, lessons, and any in-course materials are not available for download, export, or offline use, and are delivered through your account's Course Portal.
• 22.2 Once purchased, a course is tied to your account and you retain access for the lifetime of the platform, including any future updates we make to that course, at no additional charge.
• 22.3 Course access is granted to one account for one person. Sharing credentials, screen-recording, ripping, re-hosting, reselling, or otherwise redistributing course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
• 22.4 "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the S-Tier Astrology platform. If a course must be permanently retired for legal or licensing reasons, we will give reasonable notice where practical.
• 22.5 Courses are one purchase per account and, like all products, are non-refundable under Section 5.

23. S-Tier VIP Rewards

• 23.1 S-Tier VIP Rewards is a free, automatic loyalty status. There is no fee, no subscription, no application, and no points or redeemable balances. It is separate from any membership subscription.
• 23.2 VIP status is granted automatically to an account with at least $250.00 in qualifying lifetime net spend, and is tied to your account rather than your email address.
• 23.3 Qualifying spend is the amount actually paid to S-Tier Astrology for eligible products and services after discounts, less refunds, reversals, and chargebacks. Taxes, processor fees, test transactions, and unpaid or pending orders never count.
• 23.4 VIP benefits are: 10% off PDF reports, 10% off paid courses, and 5% off eligible online sessions (maximum $35 off per session line). Astro Strategy In Person counts toward qualifying spend but is excluded from VIP discounts.
• 23.5 VIP discounts and coupon codes do not stack. Whichever discount is greater is the one applied.
• 23.6 The order that first crosses the $250 threshold is priced normally. VIP pricing applies to purchases made after the qualifying order has settled.
• 23.7 VIP status reflects your current qualifying lifetime spend. If refunds or reversals bring your total below $250, VIP status ends; previously completed orders are never repriced or clawed back.
• 23.8 We may modify or discontinue VIP Rewards benefits prospectively. Benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across accounts.

24. Membership Subscriptions — Recurring Billing

• 24.1 Auto-renewal. S-Tier Membership is a recurring subscription. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us (or our payment processor, PayPal) to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• 24.2 Billing frequency. Memberships are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout. Each billing period begins on the date of your initial purchase (or the date a renewal payment succeeds) and runs for one month or one year accordingly.
• 24.3 How to cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time from the Membership section of your account dashboard, or by contacting us through the Support page. Cancellation stops all future renewals.
• 24.4 When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges occur after that point, and your membership does not renew.
• 24.5 Access after cancellation. You keep full member access — including the Video & Podcast Vault, members-only articles, and member pricing — until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, member-only access ends automatically.
• 24.6 Refund treatment. Consistent with Section 5, all membership payments are final. Canceling stops future billing but does not generate a refund or prorated credit for the current, already-paid period. Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) are handled per the terms shown at checkout — upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• 24.7 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we or our processor may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your membership lapses at the end of the current paid period and member access ends until a successful payment is made. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
• 24.8 Price changes. We may change membership pricing prospectively. Any change to your subscription price will be communicated to the email address on your account in advance of your next renewal, and continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree, you may cancel under Section 24.3 before the change takes effect.

25. In-Person Sessions — Travel Policy

• 25.1 What "I come to you" includes. The Astro Strategy In Person session is a half-day (approximately 4-hour) private intensive held at your location — your home, office, or a mutually agreed venue such as a private meeting room or hotel suite. The session itself, all preparation, and all four personalized PDF reports are included in the session price.
• 25.2 Travel geography. Sessions within the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area include travel at no additional charge. For locations outside that area, travel must be agreed in writing before the session date is confirmed.
• 25.3 Airfare & lodging. For sessions requiring overnight travel, reasonable round-trip airfare, lodging, and ground transportation are billed at cost in addition to the session price, and are quoted and approved by you in writing before booking is finalized. No travel is ever booked without your prior approval of the estimate.
• 25.4 Scheduling & rescheduling. In-person session dates are confirmed by email after purchase. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice, or any second reschedule, may forfeit non-recoverable travel costs already incurred. Consistent with Section 5, all session payments are final — if you cannot attend, we will work with you to find a new date until the session is delivered.

26. Paid Timing Intelligence — Subscription & Use

• 26.1 What it is. Paid Timing Intelligence is a recurring subscription that delivers a general daily timing brief — a universal, non-personalized interpretation of each calendar day published to your member calendar and, where applicable, emailed to you. It is not a personal reading, is not calculated from your birth details, and is not tailored to your individual circumstances.
• 26.2 Entertainment & informational use only. Consistent with Sections 2.1, 9.2, and 9.3, every daily brief — including any language describing a day as favorable, unfavorable, or to be avoided — is offered for entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes only. Outcomes, predictions, and timing are NOT guaranteed.
• 26.3 Your decisions are your own. You are solely and fully responsible for every action, inaction, decision, transaction, purchase, sale, contract, travel plan, relationship choice, medical or health decision, or business or legal step you take or decline to take, whether or not it aligns with a daily brief. S-Tier Astrology is not responsible or liable for any consequence of such decisions, including financial loss, lost opportunity, missed timing, damaged relationships, injury, or any other harm.
• 26.4 Not professional advice. Daily briefs are never a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Do not delay, avoid, or discontinue professional care or advice because of anything in a brief. Never use a brief to make medical, safety, or emergency decisions.
• 26.5 No guarantee of delivery timing. Briefs are generally published at 12:00 AM Phoenix (Arizona) time for each calendar day. Delivery may be delayed, interrupted, or missed due to technical, email-provider, scheduling, or other factors. Delayed, undelivered, or filtered emails do not entitle you to a refund or credit, and we are not liable for any decision made in the absence of a brief.
• 26.6 General content, no personalization. The same brief is published to all subscribers. Nothing in a brief constitutes individualized guidance, and no subscriber-specific facts are reviewed, verified, or accounted for in its preparation.
• 26.7 Auto-renewal & cancellation. Paid Timing Intelligence is billed monthly or annually and renews automatically until canceled, on the same terms set out in Sections 24.1–24.4 and 24.7–24.8. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or the Support page; cancellation stops all future renewals.
• 26.8 Access after cancellation. You keep access to the timing calendar and daily briefs through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, access ends automatically and daily emails stop.
• 26.9 Payments are final. Consistent with Section 5, all Paid Timing Intelligence payments are final. Canceling stops future billing but does not generate a refund or prorated credit for the current, already-paid period.
• 26.10 Personal use only. Daily briefs are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, forward in bulk, screenshot for public distribution, or use the briefs to operate a competing service or to advise third parties commercially.
• 26.11 Changes to the service. We may modify, pause, or discontinue Paid Timing Intelligence, including its format, sections, or delivery method, prospectively. If we discontinue the service entirely, active subscriptions are canceled and no further charges occur.
• 26.12 Limitation of liability. Sections 9 and 10 apply in full to Paid Timing Intelligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the 12 months preceding the claim.
